While reviewing the devices, I found out that the Fitbit Charge 3 could last over 7 days on a single charge while Inspire HR, true to its words, lasts for good 5 days and sometimes even a bit longer. While Fitbit claims to offer a battery life of up to 7 days with Charge 3, this number reduces to 5 days in case of Inspire HR. Charge 3 and Inspire HR differ in terms of battery life. The good thing about Fitbit devices is that you don't need to charge them every other day and the battery usually last for at least 5-6 days on a single charge. I like the look of the slimmer Inspire 3 but it doesn’t have built in GPS. Would have my phone with me for biking anyways. How important is built in GPS vs just hooking it up to your phone want for biking in particular & hiking plus step count and heart rate. You can also access other apps such as calendar and weather on Charge 3, all of which remain missing on Inspire HR. Trying to decide between the basic Inspire 3 and the Charge 5. While this feature isn't active yet but with the sensors on board, the feature is just short of a software update. Secondly, it comes with SpO2 sensors, that allows the device to measure a user's blood oxygen level and detect ailments like sleep apnea. Firstly, it supports Fitbit Pay, a feature that allows you to make cashless transactions using your fitness wearable. But Charge 3 demands the price it does, over Inspire HR, for a reason.
